Most airlines recommend arriving at the airport 2–3 hours before your flight. However, we advise confirming this with your airline or travel provider, as requirements may vary.

Returns

If you leave something in the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate and return your item promptly.

Payment

Payment is required upfront at the time of booking. You can securely pay online through our website using all major debit or credit cards.

We only accept secure online payments at the time of booking — cash payments are not accepted.

You will automatically receive a receipt via email at the time of booking. If you need another copy, feel free to contact us.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the journey are free of charge. However, same-day cancellations will incur a 25% fee.
