2. Services
Citilux Travels offers chauffeur-driven vehicle hire services which may include airport transfers, full-day hire, long-distance journeys, and other custom ride services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings
All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or verified email. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reject or cancel a booking at our discretion.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via secure online payment gateways.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
Citilux Travels cancellations:
In the rare case that we must cancel a ride (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement offered. All refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.
6. Waiting Time & Delays
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup point unless otherwise agreed. For airport transfers, 1 hour of free waiting time is included from the actual landing time. Additional waiting time may be charged at our discretion.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with local laws at all times. Smoking, illegal substances, or abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.
8. Liability
Citilux Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during any journey. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to use this Website for any unlawful or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website if misuse is detected.
